Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not block orders. We will notify you when you cross 80% of your monthly quota and recommend an upgrade. Excess usage is billed at the next-tier rate at the end of the cycle.

All customer data is stored in AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai region). Daily backups are taken and retained for 30 days. Enterprise customers can opt for a dedicated VPC within the same region.
